I’m a proud, born-and-bred Cantabrian with over 11 years of experience in customer service. Throughout my career, I’ve developed strong communication, relationship-building and problem-solving skills, with a genuine focus on understanding people’s needs and providing a professional, positive experience. I’ve completed my New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5), specialising in Life, Disability and Health Insurance. I’m excited to continue growing my knowledge and experience in the industry and, most importantly, to help people find cover that fits their individual circumstances and goals.
